Under pressure, users don't adapt to your interface. Your interface has to adapt to them.
The social psychology Master's was not a detour into UX - it turned out to be the preparation. Modeling how people make decisions under conditions they didn't choose - time pressure, incomplete information, competing demands - describes every operational brief I have worked from since.
Before EnergyTeam I worked on electronic warfare systems, battlefield management, and cyber operations. The constraints there were sunlight readability, offline-first behaviour, and decisions made in seconds. They taught me that good UX is the difference between someone going home at the end of their shift and someone not.
That sensibility follows into every context. Consumer, enterprise, logistics - the human state under load is the same. The interface has no right to be confusing. Not when the stakes are high, and not when they aren't.
